All sales are final, with the exceptions below. Paid plans are sold by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC, or through Telegram Stars, and Chefit has a free tier you can use for as long as you like before paying. You can cancel a subscription at any time in Settings → Subscription and keep access until the end of the period you paid for; you will not be billed again.
Duplicate charges for the same product on the same date, charges taken after a confirmed cancellation, and amounts above the published plan price are reversed in full once verified, to the original payment method. Where the law of your country grants a refund or withdrawal right that cannot be waived, we honour it.
Change of mind, dissatisfaction with the service, unused time in a billing period (your access continues until the end of the paid period instead), forgetting to cancel before a renewal, Search Boost purchases, and account terminations for breach of the Terms. Manually granted trial credits have no cash value.
Email [email protected] from the address tied to your account with the charge date, the amount and what went wrong. We acknowledge within 2 business days and reverse verified billing errors within 5 business days; Lemon Squeezy or Telegram then return the money to your original payment method within their own processing times.
If you believe you were billed incorrectly, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank: verified billing errors are reversed quickly and without a dispute. A chargeback that we and the payment provider show to be unfounded may lead to suspension of paid features while it is investigated; the outcome is decided by the payment provider and your bank.
