Welcome to Chefit. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Chefit provides a fitness management platform for trainers and trainees. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Chefit cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Premium features require a paid subscription. All payments are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: cancellation before the end of a billing period, dissatisfaction with the service, or account termination due to violation of these terms.
Chefit is a workout tracking and management tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. You use Chefit at your own risk. Chefit and its creators are not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or damages that may result from using the service or following any workout plans created within the platform.
We collect personal data necessary to provide the service: name, email, workout data, body measurements, and usage analytics. Your data is stored securely and is not sold to third parties. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the service.
You retain ownership of all content you create (workouts, templates, measurements). We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms. You may export or delete your data at any time through the settings page.
Chefit hosts user-generated content — training programs, exercise notes, profile media. If you believe content here infringes your copyright, email a notice to [email protected] with: the work you own, the URL of the allegedly infringing content, your contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised, and your signature (physical or electronic).
We review notices promptly, remove infringing content, and notify the uploader. Repeat infringers lose account access. If your content was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same address — we restore content within 10–14 business days unless the original claimant pursues legal action.
Chefit is operated by an Armenian legal entity; we follow DMCA-style takedown procedures voluntarily as a courtesy to rights holders worldwide.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
