One template for any number of clients and sessions, and plan versus done for every set.
A program sent in a chat gets screenshotted, changed on the fly, and you never find out what really happened. In Chefit you build a workout template once and send it to any of your clients, or attach it to a session in your calendar. The client sees it under From coach and starts it with one tap. If something comes up — the machine is taken, a shoulder hurts — they can replace an exercise, add one, or add and remove sets. When they save, you both see the plan next to what was done: each exercise done as planned, changed, replaced, skipped or added, and the weight and reps of every set.

New accounts get Premium and Pro free for 3 months. No card needed, and nothing is charged when the trial ends.
Send the same template to several clients and attach it to as many sessions as you like.
A template attached to a session shows on it; your client opens the session and starts the workout from there.
Every exercise is marked as planned, changed, replaced, skipped or added, with your recommendation next to the sets they did.
Change the template and the client’s next workout uses the new version; past workouts keep the plan they were done against.
A workout done from your plan or in a session with you is visible to you whatever the client’s privacy setting. If you withdraw a template or the coaching ends, it leaves the client’s From coach list (a session you attached it to still shows it); a copy the client saved and workouts they already did stay theirs.
Yes. During the workout they can replace an exercise, add exercises and add or remove sets. You see every change next to the plan.
The client’s next workout uses the new version. Workouts already done are compared with the plan as it was when they were done.
No. Clients train from your templates on the free plan.
