A link that previews nicely and a story image with your numbers, records and the muscles you worked.
Runners share a map. After a gym session there was nothing to show. Every workout you log in Chefit can be shared: a link that opens a clean page with your exercises and working sets, records marked with a star and the muscles you worked lit up on a body figure, plus a 1080×1920 story image with the same numbers. Paste the link into Telegram, WhatsApp or X and it shows its own preview card. Friends who want to try it tap Start this workout and, signed in to Chefit, get it as a template.

New accounts get Premium and Pro free for 3 months. No card needed, and nothing is charged when the trial ends.
The link preview shows the title, your name, the date, minutes, volume, working sets and up to two records.
Share → Story image hands the picture to Instagram or any app on phones that can share files, and downloads it elsewhere.
Notes, warm-up sets and body weight never appear. Share links work only while Who sees my workouts is set to Anyone with the link.
With your public profile open, the story image ends with chefit.org/@you.
Settings → Who sees my workouts decides. Only me or My coaches closes every share link at once; Anyone with the link opens them again. A preview a chat app already shows may stay in that chat.
Set Who sees my workouts to Only me or My coaches and every link closes at once. Deleting a workout ends its link too.
They can see what you did, but a workout done from your coach’s plan can’t be saved as someone else’s template.
The page opens in the visitor’s language when it is one of the 14 Chefit speaks, otherwise in yours or in English; the story image is made in your language. Names and titles are drawn correctly in Latin, Cyrillic, Greek, Arabic, Devanagari, Armenian, Chinese, Japanese and Korean script.
